GGM Al Tracy was emphatic about having documentation for all aspects of his Tracy System of Kenpo Karate throughout the years. We have the Al Tracy Kenpo Karate System documented from his Quick Reference Manual of techniques, to the Required Katas, drills/extra katas broken down with step by step directions we formulated and printed for documentation, and the NEW material he was working on with Rebecca Mornar to be added to his System. This was mentioned by him at the GOE 2015 and Kenpo Hall of Fame awards ceremony, Saturday, August 8, 2015.
- Quick Reference Manual – GGM Tracy’s original Manual – Yellow through Fifth black belt. We have added six black belt techniques, with 7th and up being worked on with step by step directions.
- Kata Manual – All required katas, plus drills/extra katas, including Tai Chi and NEW 18 Punching Set. Earth & Sky, NEW Naihanchi I & II, and Oar Kata(these three on the Special Release from Kenpo Super Camp 2006.) Plus many more.
- NEW Yang Sword folder (written out step by step with illustrations) that GGM Tracy worked with Rebecca Mornar on this new kata. He approved the folder with illustrations. Note: When Rebecca mentioned that she would like to redo the manual on artist paper with precise wording on instructions and improved self-made diagrams, he cocked his head to the side, squinted his eyes and asked, “Do you really think you’re going to do that?”
- NEW Five Animal Manual, with Ten Animals, Animal Exercises, and Immortal Sword, all broken down with steps and illustrations, with the plan to improve upon the illustrations in the future.
- The K-22 + 5/Plus DVD was the last DVD that GGM Al Tracy ever produced. (Not to be confused with his first K-22 DVD). This new one was, in his words, supposed to be used as the standard for the next 20 years). This information can be found on the credits at the start of the newest DVD.
- Original VHS tapes and DVD’s of techniques and katas.
The photos included, show the documentation for all of these katas, original and new as well as the techniques which is so important to preserve all of the system material for years to come.
